Spring Wellness Day at The Studio Upstairs

Our Spring Wellness Day is designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and ready for the season ahead — a cosy morning at The Studio Upstairs filled with calm movement, fresh air, warmth, and community.
What’s included:
Guided Spring Walk – a mindful stroll through the local countryside to breathe, move and connect
Mindful Strength Session – low-intensity, empowering movement to reconnect with your body
Seasonal Brunch & Herbal Teas – nourishing, wholesome food served in the studio
Gentle Yoga – unwind tight winter muscles and ease tension
Guided Relaxation & Breathwork – a deeply calming session to finish the morning feeling restored

The Beaminster Bimble
What better way to celebrate the arrival of spring than getting out amongst nature and completing a new challenge?
The Beaminster Bimble might be just for you, a guided run (not a race!!) through our beautiful countryside. With distances starting from 5km all the way up to half marathon. There’s something for everyone! All guided and taken at a steady pace and waiting for you at the finish line will be hot drinks and food alongside a medal to commemorate your achievement! Also available when you book your spot is the option to get yourself a race t-shirt for you to wear with pride!
9.00am – Half Marathon (21km)
10.00am – Quarter Marathon (10km)
10.30am – 5km
Hot drinks and food provided after the run.
