This is half way between personal training and standard fitness classes, with very small groups, each member following their own bespoke plan making it far more tailored than your usual class.
The focus is strengthening your muscles, bones and joints to help you gain functional fitness to support you in daily life.
CORE AND Stretch
Let highly experienced instructor Ellie help you in her hour long class dedicated to flexibility and core strength.
She will help you relax your mind and muscles, reduce pain and reduce your risk of injuries.
